    About to watch Ex Machina so I gotta make this quick!

    * Vorb Engine *

    On the vorb side of things I fixed a bit of stuff but didn't do much else. I started work on a FocusController class for preventing input from passing through the UI, but took a break from it to work on the game.

    * Game *

    I started by adding a basic controls menu that lists all registered controls. It needs formatting and styling work but I am gonna let the designers fiddle with it.

    Near the end of the day I started working on random procedural planet generation. I have something basic working, but it needs a LOT of work. I will do lots more tomorrow for planet gen tomorrow.

    That's a random planet. As you can see, it sucks. Just wait until tomorrow!

    The random planets...what a concept! I would have never expected such an early-alpha game to take on such a prospect, so I have to tip my hat to you, Ben, for taking on the challenge. As anything, the generated planets will turn out better very soon, and I am excited to see what will come out of this in the future.

    Furthermore, Aldrin is looking great! I do love myself custom keybindings, but I think our brand-new solar system is vastly more awesome. :D Another great dev report, Ben!

    Random things that need to fit requirements are always hard, but very fun. Good luck!

    I love the progress so far, enjoy your movie. Actually, I already like this procedural planet. It looks pretty good.

    About control keys : plaese think about those who don't have a QWERTY keyboard. Will it be possible to change controls ?
    That was the terrible thing in 0.16

    You can use Shift-alt to make most games switch from azerty to qwerty, only the game is affected. but ofc easier to just bind the correct keys

    I may want to use these both keys for a mod with some key-combo!
    Bad if you press them accidentally (crtl+alt+del for task manager or a virtual-pc|virtual-box key-combo similar as the game does not like Linux/Wine currently.)

    Also: who remembers that... needs to be written down somewhere accessible.
