Planets rock

Anyone here knows how to modify the rock layers of a planet? Just in case I can't do this with the world editor.

When the world editor is out, you interested on working on Biserium with me? It's a totally custom planet I'm making.
Will need some help to have all the trees custom and setting up biomes etc.

I need this because I just want to modify the rock layers of Kolasi.

I was thinking about setting a layer of a very hard rock (yet not impossible to break) to trick the player in trying to pass through it for ores.
Also making the player plan better where to make a mine.

I have an idea. The player would need more advanced machines to go trough the harder rock layers, and get more precious ores, to get harder materials, and to go forward in the game. To unlock even more advanced machines!

Oh, I was thinking about having a hard layer to achieve most ores, but having it covering the rarer ones seems like a better idea.
You would also have to plan and try to know exactly where to mine.
Or try to find caves with ores nearby.

I would also like to volunteer to help in making Biserium.

I plan to run it at the same itme as the Earth project.

Do you mean something to edit the way that caves are generated or what blocks are found underground? That could be an interesting feature.

He meant the composition of rock layers underground.
Messing with caves would also be fun, but I'm not sure about it's usefullness, even more after there are features in them.

Hahah nah honestly I haven't heard much of this project since tetryds talked about it, I have no idea if he has done something so far, and we better wait for Seed of Andromeda 0.2.0 before making any planets, as there will be a World Editor included

I can't wait to help develop NPCs. I have so mamy goddamn ideas floating around and only one of them is a direct rip off of MLPFIM.
